Sigma’s terms say fees are charged on completed buys and sells, gas is separate, and there is no additional access or subscription fee. The terms also reserve the ability to change fees. Check the bot’s current order screen before confirming.
The same terms describe Sigma as a Telegram bot and say an initial wallet is generated when a user starts. They state that the company does not store private keys, but later warn that the company may be provided with a user’s private key for service-related actions. Those statements do not describe clearly when a key is shared, whether any key is retained, or what independent recovery route exists. This is not a minor wording issue: it affects the user’s exposure if the bot, Telegram account, or service is compromised.
Ask Sigma to explain the contradiction for the specific BSC wallet option you plan to use. Do not rely on a marketing label such as “non-custodial” to answer an operational key-access question.
Feature claims and limits
